- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am writing to comment on my extraordinarily positive experience with the Jeremy Senn State Farm Agency, Chanhassen, Minnesota. I have had excellent, effective and courteous service from Mr. Senn as well as from several staff members at the Senn Agency with whom I have been in contact. As President of a Condominium Association in Saint Paul, Minnesota I am responsible for ensuring the fiscal health of the Association while maintaining safe and effective insurance protection. I contacted Mr. Senn and discussed the Association’s desire to lower the high cost of insurance premiums while simultaneously being certain that the Association was adequately and broadly protected. Mr. Senn met with members of the Association to clarify what we desired. And what kinds of modifications to the insurance policy were acceptable to the group. Mr. Senn and staff worked with a State Farm underwriter to have the building re-evaluated and to have the insurance policy appropriately adjusted. To our grateful surprise, Mr. Senn was able not only to lower our premium significantly –but to also secure a large retroactive rebate for the re-evaluated building policy. In sum, my experience with the Jeremy Senn agency, Mr. Senn and staff has been excellent.
