  2 hour wait to renew tabs due to new computer system. Still think government should be running our healthcare?

  Love the drive-thru for tabs. Wish that staff was a little less harsh. They may have to say or answer the same thing 100 times a day but that's their job. I only have to change a title a few times in my life or get tabs once a year. I'm sorry I don't​ remember every detail of the process. I called to get info about getting an a out of state salvaged vehicle titled in Minnesota. The person on the phone was so rude and impatient. She was using terminology that I had never heard in my life and this person was so impatient with me. Turned a difficult situation into a trually excruciating one.

  August 10th, long wait, but was warned that staff would be dealing with new programs and challenges with that. The woman I worked with was fabulous. Welcoming and pleasant.

  The "greeter" who's name I will not share publicly could not have been more rude. She thought she knew what I needed so she would not let me speak. Then when she was wrong she was even more rude. I had to leave and come back and my second interaction with her was just as bad as my first so it seems this is her baseline. She may not feel like she is providing a customer service experience but she is and it would work out better for everyone if she was just more pleasant. The lady who processed my transaction was great. Too bad the greeter leaves such a bad first impression.
